For hotel guests with wet food, please use pouches only — bulky containers are not allowed.

A screenshot of the updated vaccination card must be submitted before settling the down payment and at least 3-5 days before check-in.

Required vaccinations: Rabies, 5-in-1, Bordetella and Kennel Cough, Deworming, Anti Tick & Flea.

Furbabies should be healthy and well– not sick, injured recently vaccinated or taking any medication.

Must be between 6 months and 10 years old.

Must be tick and flea free or any contagious skin concerns (our team will inspect before check-in)

A 50% down payment is required to secure booking dates.

Full payment should be settled upon check-in.

Extra charges will be computed upon check-out if applicable.

Cancellations or rebookings must be made at least 48 hours before the booking date.

Clients have the option to rebook on our website for convenience.

If you are not able to make your appointment without giving at least 48 hours prior notice, there will be a no show fee equivalent to 50% of the rate of services booked
